We’re an Auckland-based laser cutting workshop in Pakuranga, working with everything from steel and stainless to acrylic, MDF, leather, and bamboo.

Whether you're prototyping a single piece or running a production batch, we provide precision laser cutting with clean edges and fine detail that holds up under close inspection.

What We Cut​

From small one-off prototypes through to repeating production runs, we cut for a wide mix of projects:

Materials We Work With

We keep a working stock of common materials and can source others for specific projects.

Materials we regularly cut include:

• MDF and veneered ply

• Acrylic (clear, coloured, and mirror)

• Bamboo

• Cardboard

• Leather

• Steel and stainless steel

• Brass

You’re welcome to supply your own materials - just check with us first to make sure it’s suitable.

One important note: materials need to be flat. We can’t cut anything bent, warped, or curved.

Cutting Sizes & Capabilities

We run two laser machines, allowing us to match the right setup to your job:

• Large machine: up to 2400mm × 1200mm

• Small machine: up to 900mm × 600mm

Both machines can handle thicknesses from 0.1mm up to 100mm, depending on the material.

File Requirements

We work from vector files. Accepted formats include:

AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, DXF, DWG, and CDR

Before sending your file, please check:

• All paths are joined

• Any double lines are removed

• Your design fits within the maximum cutting size

If file prep isn’t your thing, we can take care of it:

• Artwork setup: $65/hour (minimum $30)​
